Our mission
Fika Community Initiative aims to empower our neighbors through community collaboration and connection. We believe the best way to uplift our neighbors is to meet them where they're at. We bring prinsesstårta to a neighbor's quinceañera, we split a samosa while ice fishing, and we make Hmong hotdish for the cookout.
We know that Minnesota is better when we're together, and nothing brings us together more than food, and nothing hurts more than not having it. One-Quarter of Minnesota households with children have reported food insecurity. When it comes to helping our neighbors, just sharing a meal is a noble first step.

For now, Fika.Co.In is led and ran solely by the people who founded it. We're a husband and wife duo, hoping to have dozens of people one day join us in helping our neighbors.
It takes time to take care, find it in your heart to find the time to spare.

Fika.Co is a Minnesota-Wide Initiative, based in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area. We consider ALL of Minnesota home, and ANYONE in Minnesota our neighbor. Founded by multi-generation Minnesotans who were raised in Duluth, MN & Fosston, MN, then married in Saint Cloud, MN
